Abstract

The digital transformation and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) are pivotal to the advancement of modern economies. Uzbekistan, a country in Central Asia, is making significant strides in these areas despite facing numerous challenges. This paper explores the current state of digital transformation and AI in Uzbekistan, identifies key challenges, highlights recent innovations, and discusses emerging trends. The findings suggest a growing emphasis on building digital infrastructure, fostering innovation, and creating a supportive regulatory environment, which are crucial for Uzbekistan’s economic and social development.
