Abstract

Bugungi kunda korxona va muassasalarning oldida turgan asosiy muammo-bu axborotning ortiqcha yuklanishi. Foydali hujjatlarni hech qanday qiziqish uyg‘otmaydigan hujjatlardan ajratish ham shaxslar, ham tashkilotlarning qo‘shimcha vaqti va resurslarini talab qiladi. Raqamli hujjatlarning ortishi ularga bo‘lgan talablarni o‘zgartirib,  elektron hujjatlarni jamlash, izlash va tezkor saralash hamda foydalanish uchun qulay taqdim etish masalalari yechish talab qilinmoqda
