Abstract

Ushbu maqolada metama’lumotlar tushunchasi va uning huquqiy muhofazasi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada metama’lumotlarning shaxsiy ma'lumotlar bilan bog‘liqligi, ulardan foydalanishdagi huquqiy va texnik muammolar ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘zbekiston va xalqaro qonunchilikdagi metama’lumotlarning huquqiy tartibga solinishi o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, metama’lumotlarni himoya qilishning texnik va huquqiy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinib, raqamli makondagi shaxsiy hayotni muhofaza qilishda metama’lumotlarning ahamiyati yoritib beriladi.
