Abstract

This article investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on quality management in the context of rapid market development and increased competition. It explores the organisational and economic implications of incorporating quality management systems into business strategies, with a focus on adherence to standards like ISO 9001. The impact of AI on product quality, competitiveness, and decision-making is examined. Key contributions include adjusting organisational models to meet quality requirements and analysing economic indicators in management.
