Abstract

Ushbu maqola tibbiyotda Internet of Things (IoT) texnologiyalarini qo‘llash tajribalarini tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy e’tibor masofaviy bemor monitoringi, kardiologiya, endokrinologiya va nevrologiya/reabilitatsiya sohalariga qaratilgan. Dunyo tajribasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, AQSh, Xitoy, Yaponiya va Germaniya, Hindiston, Fransiya, Buyuk Britaniya, Finlyandiya Saudiya Arabistoni davlatlarida tibbiyot sohasida IoT texnologiyalari jadal rivojlanmoqda. Amaliy misollarda diabetni boshqarishda doimiy glyukoza monitoringi, yurak kasalliklarida aqlli soatlar, reabilitatsiyada esa egzoskelet va VR/AR tizimlarining qo‘llanishi keltirilgan. Shu bilan birga, ma’lumotlar xavfsizligi, qurilmalar standartlashuvi va infratuzilma cheklovlari asosiy muammo sifatida ko‘rsatib o’tilgan. Yechim sifatida esa xalqaro standartlarni joriy etish, ma’lumotlarni himoya qilishni kuchaytirish va IoT’ni sun’iy intellekt hamda 5G texnologiyalari bilan integratsiya qilish taklif qilindi.
