Mintaqa iqtisodiyotini barqaror rivojlantirish faqat yalpi iqtisodiy o‘sish emas, balki iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va ekologik barqarorlikni uyg‘unlashtirgan kompleks yondashuvni talab etadi. Barqaror rivojlanish indeksi (BRI)ni shakllantirishda iqtisodiy, raqamli, ijtimoiy, ekologik va innovatsion yo‘nalishlardagi ko‘rsatkichlar integratsiyalashgan holda qo‘llanildi. Natijalar hududiy rivojlanishni matematik asosda baholash, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va strategik ustuvor yo‘nalishlarni belgilash imkonini beradi.
