KICHIK VA O‘RTA KORXONALARDA SUN’IY VA AVTOMATLASHTIRISH SIYOSATINING XODIMLARNING RIVOJLANISHIGA TA’SIRI

Tadqiqot tashkilotlar va korxonalarda sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish hamda inson resurslarining moslashuvchanligining xodimlar samaradorligiga ta’sirini, ish qoniqishini vositachi o‘zgaruvchi sifatida hisobga olgan holda, tahlil qilishni maqsad qiladi. Tadqiqot izohlovchi dizayndagi miqdoriy yondashuvga
asoslanib, maqsadli tanlash usuli bilan aniqlangan 88 nafar respondentni qamrab olgan. Ma’lumotlar Qisman Kichik Kvadratlar–Strukturaviy Tenglamalar Modellashtirish (PLS-SEM) usuli yordamida tahlil qilindi. Natijalar SI’dan foydalanish va inson resurslariga moslashuvchanligi xodimlar samaradorligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, ish qoniqishi SI’dan foydalanish va inson resurslariga moslashuvchanligi hamda xodimlar samaradorligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni kuchaytiruvchi vositachi o‘zgaruvchi sifatida namoyon bo‘ldi. Ushbu topilmalar SI texnologiyalaridan foydalanish inson resurslarining moslashuvchanligi va yetarli darajadagi ish qoniqishi bilan qo‘llab-quvvatlangandagina samaraliroq bo‘lishini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqot tashkilot subyektlari va siyosat ishlab chiquvchilar uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, xodimlarning moslashuvchanligini oshirish va ish qoniqishini boshqarish raqamli davrda SI’dan foydalanish orqali korxonalar samaradorligi va raqobatbardoshligini maksimal darajada oshirishning asosiy omillari ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
