Abstract

Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari (OTM) boshqaruviga ESG (Environmental — ekologik, Social — ijtimoiy, Governance — boshqaruv) yondashuvini integratsiyalashning metodologik asoslari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Sistemali, institutsional, manfaatdor tomon, jarayonli, kompetensiyaviy va qiyosiy benchmarking yondashuvlari tahlil qilinib, ularning ESG kontekstidagi amaliy qo‘llanilishi asoslab berilgan. Yaxlitlik, izchillik, shaffoflik, javobgarlik, uzluksiz takomillashtirish, inklyuzivlik va muvozanatlilik kabi ilmiy tamoyillar ESG strategiyasini amalga oshirishning metodologik negizi sifatida tavsiflanadi. Legitimatsiya, resursga bog‘liqlik, agent, institutsional, dinamik qobiliyatlar va manfaatdor tomon nazariyalari asosida ESG integratsiyasining nazariy asoslari tizimlashtirilgan. ESG mezonlarini OTM boshqaruviga integratsiyalashning uch darajali metodologik modeli (makro—mezo—mikro) ishlab chiqilib, uni amalga oshirishning bosqichli yo‘nalishi aniqlanadi. Buxoro davlat universiteti tajribasida sinovdan o‘tkazilgan Pentagonal Integral Model (PIM) va Dynamic Equilibrium Coefficients (DEC) metodologiyasi ESG integratsiyasida eng zamonaviy va amaliy jihatdan tasdiqlangan yondashuv sifatida taqdim etiladi.
