Mazkur maqolada xorijiy davlatlar — AQSh, Yevropa mamlakatlari, Xitoy va Rossiyaning bank sohasida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalaridan foydalanish tajribalari tahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, ICBC, Sberbank kabi yirik moliya institutlarining hujjatlarni tahlil qilish, mijozga individual xizmat ko‘rsatish, xavfsizlik va fraud-detektsiya tizimlarida SI texnologiyalarini qanday qo‘llayotgani ochib berilgan. Xorijiy ilg‘or tajribalar asosida O‘zbekiston bank tizimida raqamli transformatsiyani chuqurlashtirish, SI texnologiyalarini lokal sharoitga moslashtirish, kredit skoring, chatbotlar, API integratsiyasi, va prognozlash tizimlarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha aniq tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy texnologiyalarni bank amaliyotiga qo‘llash orqali xizmatlar sifati, tezligi va mijozlar ehtiyojini qondirish darajasi ortib borayotgani asoslab berilgan. Tezis so‘ngida AI asosidagi xizmatlarning O‘zbekiston bank sektorida samarali joriy etilishi uchun ustuvor yo‘nalishlar va strategik tavsiyalar taklif etilgan.
