Аннотация

Maqolada endokrin kasalliklarini tashxislashda foydalaniladigan simptomlarni shakllantirish bosqichlari to’liq yoritilgan. Endokrin kasalliklarini tashxislash jarayoni mukammal tadqiq etilgan bo‘lib, tasxislash masalasini yechish bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirilgandagina aniq yechim topilishi asoslangan. Tasxishlash jarayonining  5ta bosqichi ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, birinchisi simptomlarni shakllantirish bosqichi; ikkinchisi anketani shakllantirish; uchinchisi shablon yaratish; to‘rtinchisi nomiqdoriy sonli raqamlar orqali ifodalash va so‘ngisi sinflashtirish kabi ifodalangan. Har bir boqichni amalda bajarish uchun jadvallar, algoritmlar tadqiq etilgan. Endokrin kasalliklarni tashxislash, simptomlarni shakllantirish bosqichlarini amalga oshirish qandli diabetning 1-chi va 2-chi turi bo’yicha olingan. Bunda ma’lumotlar bo‘yicha shikoyatlar, qandli diabetning asoratlari, kasallik anamnezi, obektiv holati, laboratoriya ma’lumotlari  va simptomlari va belgilari tadqiq etilgan.
